Costly swimming pool taking up the entire back yard
TIGHT difficult access
Once the pool bottom has been broken up,we fill the first 12" with crushed rock and then fill sand.
Constant care being given to compaction
We then place a top dressing of good quality fill dirt and compost, providing an optimal seed bed for the new grass
Completed,now a beautiful back yard
This photo is showing a recent landslide.
The shed will be removed and 14 caissons installed to shore up the existing residence.
Then the landslide mass can be removed and repaired.
Our New lodril arrived yesterday
capable of drilling 60ft deep and upto 72" diamter
This drill is used for installation of caissons used for building foundations and shoring
Once all vegetation and trash were removed
Anchors ready for installation
Close up of anchor
Driving in the percussion anchors.
Notice that the slope is so steep that rope access was needed to safely work on the slope
Here is what the completed slope repair looks like.
Soon the native seed mix will grow through the matting and further stabilize the slope
